SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Service Description
Certified Environment uses SMS to send clients up to five messages per inspection. Typical messages include booking confirmations, schedule reminders, secure links to sign agreements and pay invoices, and post-inspection feedback requests.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by inspection but will not exceed five messages per inspection unless you initiate additional conversations.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-In
You may opt-in by:

1. Checking the SMS consent box during online booking, or

2. Texting START to 813 590 0112.

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Certified Environment at the mobile number provided.

Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt-in again.

Help
Reply HELP for help or call 813 590 0112.

Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
Personal data collected through SMS is governed by our Privacy Policy (see above).

Changes to Terms
We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at certifiedenvironment.com / sms-terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
